Open a ticket

Fastest: email us with details (branch, student/parent ID, mandate ID, screenshot if any).

Include: expected vs actual result, time of issue, and any error messages.

Incident & Escalation

  • P1: Service down / critical debit failures — call us immediately.
  • P2: Degradation / partial failures — email + call if urgent.
  • P3: How-to, configuration, reports — email.

Refunds & Chargebacks

For mistaken or duplicate debits, write to support@feeinvite.com with mandate/payment reference. We’ll coordinate with payment partners and your bank as applicable.
