Welcome to feeinvite (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of feeinvite’s products and services, including our UPI Autopay–based fee collection tools (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your educational institution and to bind it to these Terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
2. Service Scope
- UPI Autopay mandates creation and management for students/parents.
- Reminders, retries, reconciliation dashboards, and branded receipts.
- Settlements are processed to your designated bank account (T+0/T+1 options where available).
3. Fees & Payments
Pricing is as advertised on our website or agreed in writing. Taxes, bank or network charges may apply. You authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions and applicable charges.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Obtain necessary consents from parents/guardians for mandates and communications.
- Maintain accurate student/fee data and comply with applicable laws.
- Use the Services only for lawful, bona fide educational fee collection.
5. Prohibited Use
No fraudulent activity, spam, security testing without consent, reverse engineering, or misuse that could harm our systems or third parties.
6. Data & Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for lawful collection and sharing of data with us.
7. Availability & Modifications
We aim for high availability, but maintenance or events beyond our control may affect the Services. Features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, feeinvite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless feeinvite from claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the platform. You may terminate by stopping use; accrued obligations survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
